Cenova develops and produces new innovative plastic medical devices and packaging with in-house produced tooling and assemblies machines for demanding customers within the medical and med-technical field.
Cenova is specialized in developing products or product ideas according to customers´requests and demands. Often customer ideas are improved during the interaction process between customer and Cenova's co-workers, who have long experience regarding both design and construction. Your co-operation with Cenova will most likely result in new concepts and opportunities as Cenova takes you from idea to finished product.
When Cenova develops products or product ideas according to your requests and demands intellectual property may be created. The intellectual property can for example be a product, an application, a technical solution, a production line or a design. Such intellectual property created specifically for you and which is purchased by and delivered to you from Cenova, within the specific field of use as described in the quotation, can be called an innovation.
Cenova will, free of charge, transfer the ownership and entire right to such innovation to you.
The transfer will include the right to apply for patent registration or any other intellectual property protection for the Innovation. You are thereby free to apply for patent registration of the Innovation in Sweden or abroad. Cenova's co-workers will at your request assist you in your effort to apply for patent registration, for example by signing relevant documents.
