Cenova has once again been awarded with the grade triple-A (AAA) by Dun & Bradstreet.
Appr. 850 000 companies in Sweden have been reviewed by over 2400 criterias, but only 2,87 % of the companies have reached the highest level; AAA, during the last 12 months.
This indicates that Cenova has a good economic stability and solvency, and one of Sweden's highest credit ratings. |

Improvements in thermo-forming!
In order to meet our customer’s demands regarding thermoformed products, Cenova has decided to invest in a new thermoforming machine.
Our new Illig RV53b will be delivered in February 2006.

New cleanroom storage opened!
Now has Cenova's new cleanroom storage at 150 m2 opened, and is currently being filled with shelfs and articles.
Our ventilation system has been upgraded in order to provide the new area with clean air.
With the extra storage area we can meet our customers and our own needs for storing of articles.
The new cleanroom storage also gives the benefit of better material flow, with direct access from our warehouse. |

New certificates in quality and environment!
Our work in implementing ISO 13485 (medical devices) and ISO 14001 (Environment) in to our ISO 9001 system has now finished, and resulted in two successful certification audits and also acheiving the desired certificates.

Cenova builds a new cleanroom storage!
Increased flow of material and larger production volumes has resulted in an investement of a new cleanroom storage of 150 m2.
The new storage is being built as an entresol in our warehouse, with access to a material lock by a loading balcony.
Below the new storage are plenty of room for small warehouse shelfs, for storing of ex. reference samples.
Our two old small cleanroom storages will be rebuilt to production rooms.

New spark erosion machine!
In order to meet our customers need for larger tools, we have invested in a new spark erosion machine. It is a ONA Datic D 2030; a CNC-controlled machine with extra options such as an electrod changer, C-axis, and an improved generator which increases the machine's performance in fine surface finishing.
The machine has a motion area of X=300; Y=225; Z=250 mm.
This machine gives us the benefits of erosion of bigger details, and better results in surface finishing.
It is now installed and works very satisfactory.

New injection moulder!
We have now replaced the last injection moulder of old model, which means that we now only have machines of latest model. In the picture, You can see the old machine leaving Cenova.

The expansion of our cantine is ready!
The expansion of our cantine is now ready, with aircondition for warm days and heated floor for cold days! It is a nice place with lots of light, and also with a large salt water aquarium.

Cenova strengthens our organisation!
As Cenova right now has a strong growth, we find it necessary to strengthen our organisation in order to be able to meet an expected increase of production and help with Cenova's progress.
We have therefore decided to employ Mårten Lundberg as production manager.
Mårten has previously worked for Cemvac Systems AB, is engineer , and has good knowledge in the medical device area. |
